Important information from CORA: Xylazine has been present in 30% of all fatal overdoses in Vermont in the first quarter of this year. There is no indicator or test strip for xylazine and Narcan is of limited effectiveness in these cases. Please remember the importance of calling 9-1-1 if you are involved in an overdose situation.
