​Mary Emilio

RC/ED

Mary is a Recovery Coach for the center as well as the Porter Emergency department program. She is in long term recovery and is interested in medicated assisted therapy. Mary lives with her husband Parker and cat Truffles in Shoreham, VT.  She is also an avid horsewoman.

​Chip Mitiguy

RC

Chip Mitiguy is a Recovery Coach who brings plenty of lived experience to his role. He has worked in law, teaching, the winter sports industry, manufacturing and as a healthcare recruiter. A native of Burlington Vermont, Chip lived in the Rutland area for more than 35 years and moved to Middlebury almost 3 years ago. He is the proud father of five children and four (wonderful!) grandchildren. Chip fills his time with recovery-related activities, reading and his yellow lab Suki! He appreciates any opportunity to witness another’s path in recovery, however that appears.

Kelly O’keefe

RC

Kelly O’Keefe is a Recovery Coach, with strong ties to the Addison County community. In addition to working full time as a Medical Assistant for one of Addison County’s local MAT programs, Kelly is actively pursuing a Behavioral Science Degree at the Community College of Vermont. Kelly is well connected within the recovery network, as well as the various local resource programs.

When Kelly is not working, you will find her enjoying time with her family. She enjoys art, swimming, gardening, and cooking. Whether it be playing in the rain, or soaking up the sunshine, Kelly finds joy in all aspects of life, and has a passion to spread that insight to others.

Hutch

RC/ED

Hutch is a Vermont Recovery Coach with continued education coaching families and in the emergency department. They are an active member in their own personal recovery as someone living with mental illness and years of sobriety. In the most recent years Hutch has worked with children in after school programs and currently still an employee for Common Ground Center with the various camps they offer.

Outside of their work life Hutch spends time with their dog Onyx. They are part of a summer softball league, an avid disc golf player and enjoys hitting the slopes during the winter months. When stuck inside, they are crafty, working on everything from homemade cards to paintings. Hutch has friends and family that play an active part in their life.
