We’re seeking an Associate Director who is passionate about helping guide and direct programs that help individuals with substance use disorder, promote well-being and self-discovery, and provide an environment for connection and inspiration. The ideal AD will seek to support the ED and share leadership with a tight-knit team of innovative and compassionate individuals. They must be respectful and have a desire to work with individuals living with substance-use disorders. They will also have excellent communication skills to work with our diverse group of partners and collaborators. The Associate Director (AD) main role is to assist and support the Executive Director for the overall day-to-day operations of the center. The AD will be responsible for implementing and achieving all the yearly goals that are outlined in the TPCAC Operational Plan that is aligned with the Strategic Plan that is overseen by the board of directors.
